Through collaborative industry think tank discussions, career education, and skill-building, we continued our mission to advocate for fairness and equality across the entertainment industry. The discussions at the 2025 BRIC Summit centered on the theme Emerge with the goal of empowering individuals to emerge from this period of change equipped with innovative and resilient strategies to thrive.

Industry Think Tank
The BRIC Summit hosts a one-of-a-kind think tank for studios, companies, and organizations to address systemic inclusion barriers. We bring together decision-makers, disruptors, and advocates to co-create cutting-edge, actionable solutions to be implemented by the industry.
Virtual attendees can access same-day recordings and participate in virtual workshop sessions the next day (March 22).

Talent + Education Day
Talent + Education Day at the BRIC Summit focuses on career development, education, and recruitment across Animation, VFX, and Gaming. We offer valuable resources and insights, portfolio reviews, and networking opportunities for rising creatives, educators, and industry professionals alike.
The Industry Think Tank also continues virtually during Talent + Education Day with collaborative workshop sessions.

What we do
